Configure Operator Connect Portal - Microsoft Synergy App

The Microsoft Synergy App is used to manage the Operator Connect lead process. Each Service Provider operator receives permissions to access a dedicated instance of the Synergy App. This platform is used to configure Calling Profiles and for initial uploading of numbers for customers.
